Big Announcement from Lark Morrigan: I’m Changing My Pseudonym to Christine Calandris
Calandris is a variant of a Greek name that means “lark.” Christine is my real first name.
I am changing my pseudonym/artist name from Lark Morrigan to Christine Calandris.
It will take a while (especially on DistroKid and streaming services) for the change to process. I need to do a lot of tasks on the admin side of things and make sure my accounts are all transferred properly.
I am aware that I will be forfeiting Apple Music (they do not allow rebranding whatsoever). Maybe my lack of traction was a blessing in disguise — giving me a chance to find a name that suits me better.
As for books, I will be giving a free copy of my new poetry book to anybody who has purchased one (you just need to screenshot proof that you bought one of my books). I’ve decided to compile four of my poetry books into one big book (but reorganize this book, redesign the cover, and weed out the poems that don’t fit — I’ll also be adding at least 20 poems I’ve written from 2022–2024 which were never published in a book before).
As for the timeline for this project, I won’t have the book ready until September or October.
